CONTRAINDICATIONS:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
3. Cannot be on any anticoagulants/blood thinners
4. No autoimmune diseases
5. No blood disorders
6. Must not be prone to keloids
7. No allergy to lidocaine or epinephrine
8. No recent Botox around brow area
9. Must not be using Accutane/Retin a
10. No open wounds or rashes on brow area
11. Not prone to fainting
12. No allergies to topical anesthetic or pigments.

BOOKING POLICY
Providing great customer service is our number one goal. We respect your time and ours. Due to the nature of the services we have policies that need to be followed in order to have satisfactory experience every time you visit us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

CONSULTATION
Consultation is mandatory before any first time procedure, especially if you have had it by someone else. During 30-40 minutes of the consultation, your skin can be inspected up close. We asses your skin type and discuss the desired look. Since this is at least two-step process and it is hard to predict your healing ability, please consider any upcoming special events that might affect your scheduling. We ask you to come for the consultation with realistic expectations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Your card will be required when booking to hold your appointment, however, it will not be charged until the day of your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of your service.

DEPOSIT
A refundable credit card deposit of $50 is required. Deposit is required for all appointments. It is applied to the cost of your procedure and holds your appointment. Deposit is $50 for a single procedure. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about scheduling your appointment.
In case you need to reschedule, we require a call 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be moved up to one time before it is forfeited.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours your deposit will not be applied to the cost of treatment. It will be forfeited.
Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel or not show up for a scheduled appointment your deposit is forfeited. Arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled time will be treated as no show-up.
You will get a text message 24 hours before the planned visit. Please make sure to confirm your appointment.

GENERAL RULES
No one is allowed in the procedure room at the time of your visit unless you need help to communicate.
Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be required to achieve optimal results. Additional charges will be applied.

APPOINTMENTS
We are by appointment only.
We require a credit card number to hold an appointment.
The card will only be charged in the case of a no-show up or late notice cancellation.

CONSULTATIONS
All consultations are mandatory. If you book a full appointment, there is no need to book a separate consultation as each appointment begins with a consultation.
Touch-Up: Perfecting Sessions
Please note that we only offer Touch-Ups for loyal clients (new clients are not eligible for Touch-Up pricing).
It is your responsibility to book touch up in advance.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 20% of the original cost of the treatment.

LATENESS
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment.
